Casa Adobe

Casa Adobe is a beautiful ocean view adobe-built home with unobstructed ocean views, lots of open space, outside living and great amenities.

This large walled and gated three-bedroom home features the master bedroom on the second level with an adobe chimney, walk-in closet, a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a large outside terrace. The downstairs area has two bedrooms plus a TV room that can serve as a fourth bedroom, all connected by a hallway and a full bathroom and a powder room. It is only a five-minute walk to the beach, seven-minute drive to town on a paved road and an equal amount to La Pastora, a great surfing break and favorite to many locals.

The street and front areas are desert gardens with mature yuccas, several golden large barrel cacti (Echinocactus grusonii), several varieties of agaves, biznagas (Ferocactus wislizenii), and a large Chilicote tree or Western Coral tree (Erythrina flabelliformis).
