Rancho Azul

Rancho Azul is a half hectare of walled and fenced lush orchard loaded with mature fruit and palm trees. It is a unique property located in the tranquil beachside neighborhood of San Sebastian that showcases the special nature of Todos Santos. It includes a 2 bedroom home and a functioning martial arts retreat center including a beautiful 1000 ft2 Dojo, large camp kitchen, locker/shower rooms, and an outside eating area. There are two entrances to the property, with the front entrance close to town, (20 min walk, 5 min drive) and the back entrance opens onto a quiet dirt road leaving less than 500 meters to walk out between the dunes to the wide open Pacific beach. It is fully set up to host group retreats, or could be modified for a wide range of other uses.
